Recipes support

Since Drupal 10.3 it is possible applying recipes

This PR attempts using Drupal recipes into Aljibe sittes: #26

it is doing these changes:

• Allow drupal recipes to be installed into recipes folder. There is no distinction yet between contrib and custom recipes, as recipes should be removed after being applied.

• Adds drupal core patches that fixes known issues:

  • Stream wrappers not registered when installing module's default config
  • Allow recipe command to write to the container ensuring that cache does not be cleared after a recipe installs a module

• Adds composer unpack package that allows unpacking drupal recipes. More information: https://github.com/woredeyonas/Drupal-Recipe-Unpack . The reason this package is added here and not in metadrop/drupal-dev is that it is not published in packagist, so the root repository needs to add these lines; this is the only consistent way to install the package for now.
