Keywords as activity tracking and intention broadcast

The 20 keyword limit is arbitrary, unnecessary even - how to key-word track, create, declare for others?

On hover, show votes breakdown - how to show that someone really likes this keyword?

Use colour to tell number of unique people + votes as hot - use median as statistic, visual indication

Batch by timeframe during event (event prep, event start, start +X minutes, concluding time, ended time); cleanup (by admin person) during each timeframe
