epic: parmat is used inside debian instaler but is not a direct artifact, clarifications

as i posted in d-i git me and other few people have interest in this (well now the interest has decreased because all involved are using github and not a free platform)

This artifac is a pure internal tech one that is used inside in debian installer.. but then:

1. because all collaboration takes time, and much more time if there is no clear documentation that last will decrease collaboration in any way
2. document or mention how to insert this project inside the debian installer in the debian image creation process (this I see is limited to intel)
3. move to a free platform so then more people that are really compromised with this kind of project can collaborate conformable
