Need to update this document that support .NET SDK v3

Since SDK of cosmos db has been updated to v3 that using CosmosClient, this document seems out of date with v2 DocumentClient. So will you update this document as well?

The reason this page is not updated for the v3 SDK is that it does not handle the query metrics in the same way as our v2 SDK did.

After discussing internally the team is adding to their upcoming semester. You can track the progress on this from our .NET SDK GitHub repo here, Azure/azure-cosmos-dotnet-v3#2121
