Trying to carry out the instructions for finding out outbound IP addresses for Azure Function, the instructions listed here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/ip-addresses?tabs=portal

As part of the instructions, I'm asked to use Azure Resource Monitor.

Every time I open the "providers" node under any of our subscriptions, the web page load for a few seconds (about 5-10 secs) and then crashes. Seems to complain an "Out of memory" error. My system reports about 10GB of free memory, so it's not my system running out, just the page. Have tried both with Edge and Chrome, same result.
