Network Zoom

Currently, a user is unable to zoom in and out of the network when using Network View. During user testing, we've found that many users intuitively expect to be able to zoom in and out. Being able to adjust the network's size through zooming enables users to view nodes up close or make a particular entity's network take up the entire viewing area without the sometimes overwhelming number of nodes that make up the entire network graph.
