OpenPose for SD 1.5 doesn't work for me anymore. Help! #2345
-
EDIT: I solved my problem. It turns out I need to update the ControlNet extension. I'll leave this post up in case someone else has this problem. I've used ControlNet in the past and it had been working fine. Now I'm having trouble and I can't figure out why. Today when I try to use OpenPose, it only generates a slight variation of the preprocessor output. Here's a general description of what is happening. I start A4 or SDNext (this happens with both webui repos). In the txt2img tab, I enter "woman" in the prompt. I drag and drop a 512x512 photo of a person into ControlNet. I choose OpenPose as the Control Type. The preprocessor is set to openpose_full and the model is set to control_v11p_sd15_openpose. I leave everything else with default settings. When I generate an image, the result is not an image of a woman in the pose. Instead, it's a slightly discoloured version of the preprocessor output. It also produces a correct preprocessor image, which is supposed to happen. So I have two images that are nearly identical: a correct preprocessor image that is the expected stick figure used for OpenPose and the other image is a slightly discoloured variation of the same preprocessore image. I'm completely baffled. I don't know why this is happening. Has anyone else encountered this problem in the past? What am I doing wrong? I've been searching the internet for hours trying to find a solution. I've finally given up and I'm posting here. |
