  - Removed remaining UMAP artifacts and doublets for reclustering 
  - Added subtype labels (level 2 annotations)

  - Mapped SMC subtype annotations back into the main meta-analyzed reference
  - Added sex variable into reference metadata
  - Normalized data using log normalization and stored these counts in RNA assay (these will be used for tasks like label transfer to snATAC-seq clusters)
