As denoted by the developer here, Stellar Sky makes the assumption that only one dimension is loaded at a time. BetterPortals needs to load multiple dimensions at once in order to achieve the effect of walking seamlessly between them.

Occurs with Advanced Rocketry as well. Please refer to #1832 on Advanced Rocketry's git for both crashlogs
