-Fixed an issue where the dedicated server thinks it's crashing in tickrate 0
-Fixed cooldown issues from efa82a again, since I forgot to add it in some places
-Resend request motion packet to hopfully stop the server from locking the session (#85)
-Began looking into #84

When I searched through the code today, I found out that I have seem to have already implemented something like this in 256b264 and just forgot to close this issue...
