Change "operations" to "configure"

Suggest changing the "Operations" link to be "Configure"

From a dev perspective who is reading the docs and trying to setup a component, I would not think to look under "Operations". Operations makes me think of... nothing TBH. I wouldn't know what to expect if I clicked on "Operations" Maybe running workloads?

This section should also be presented higher up on the tree also. While I can see the reasoning of going from "Getting Started" to "Examples of other ways to run", I actually think configuration would make more sense simply because it will be visited way more often and once someone has a cluster running where they want it, they probably wont look at examples again.
