Add emergency frequency tuning note to GNC255

The GNC255 supports 3 second long press on SWAP button to tune 121.500 and swap it to active.

While doing this, it shows "HOLD FOR EMERGENCY COM FREQUENCY"..

The actual tuning and swapping functionality can be implemented in MobiFlight connector side, but the radio could display the alert notification with an output message type.
