With this change, we could also split the frontend and backend deployment files and use on:push:paths: to only deploy when relevant files have changed. E.g. the frontend does not need to compile when only the backend is changed. Of course there are some problems with shared code which would need to be handled. Also, we could integrate nx affected into the workflow.
