passing a numpy array into suite2p to start registration and segmentation

Hi Carsen et al. and thanks for suite2p. I need to segment some tissue culture timeseries images that are in a nikon image format (nd2). All the examples start with importing the data from a file (tiff or hdf5). I was wondering if there was a method to pass the timeseries image data to suite2p as a numpy array rather than a file.
