Run image resgistration in python code, not GUI

Hi there,
I am trying to combine some code from suite2p into my data analysis pipeline. I want to use the (no rigid) image registration code to process my tiff file. I know it should be possible to run by import related modules in suite2p in my python code to implement this. But could you please point me to the correct direction? For example, on the GUI, I can enter paramter values, but I am not sure how to do it without the GUI. Many Thanks!
