Next steps for the Provisional Meta team

• Transitioning to the actual meta team
• Announcing about the roadmap in about 2 weeks' time:
  • Meta team will be formed and community members will be encouraged to join
  • The current wiki will be simplified into a restructured portal on Mozilla India site. The new portal will aim to connect new/potential contributors to the existing teams. (R: @asdofindia )
  • The Meta team will try to be available on a monthly office hours to connect with the community
  • The Meta team will plan to publish a monthly newsletter highlighting community activities

For the newsletter, I'm thinking, rather than a traditional email based newsletter (the click through rate of which we should do some testing on), we should have a web hosted newsletter, the URL to which can be publicized through all the channels available.

@asdofindia agree and the archives can be kept on the MozIndia website for future reading and SEO. But you might also consider the same newsletter being reposed on Discourse and to mailing list (and maybe a list of subscribers) is also useful.
