Although substack doesn't have a public API, there are internal APIs that can be programmatically accessed.

Problem Checklist:

Authenticate the substack user with credentials.
Parse the markdown into the substack-rich format.
Retrieve and update drafts/posts.
Customize which publication to publish the post to.
