Some hyperparameters are not explained in your code, like selection_criteria, net_type, objective and etc.

selection_criteria: what validation score we optimize for
net_type: we have some different types of architecture we propose, we'd generally recommend you use the default
objective: one can use both the survival likelihood or the hazard rate
