Here is a contrived example screenshot. Custom size works to a point, that's what I already tried, but I don't know how to compute the window size that would take into account the size of the inner frame (shown in the image as a red box). I would love to specify something like 1080x1920 for the INSIDE frame, and have the software compute the actual window size taking into account the outer frame (shown in the image as a blue box). But not sure there's even an API to determine that "inner frame" on macOS.
