Bug Description

Loop doesn't seem to work with certain Adobe tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Premiere Pro. Some of the other tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop don't seem to have any problems with Loop however.

When the affected Adobe tools are active, on pressing my trigger, I get the radial menu and I'm able to interact with the radial menu, however I get no previews of the resizing, and the actual resizing doesn't happen either.

I used to run Rectangle and it doesn't seem to have any issues with these tools.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open an affected Adobe app and press the Loop trigger key.
  2. The radial menu will appear, but will have no previews and resizing won't work.

Expected Behavior

Resizing should work as normal irrespective of the app open.

Actual Behavior

Resizing doesn't work and previews don't appear when the affected apps are open.

Adobe can be a bit tricky, so fixing this might take some time. First, could you please update to the dev build and let me know if this is still an issue? Thanks!

I updated Loop to Version 🧪 1.2.0 (1383) and also updated macOS to Sequoia 15.2 while I was at it. Neither seems to solve the issue.

The only difference I see is that Loop's radial menu now has a triangular warning icon in the center, when trying to resize the affected Adobe apps.

The triangular warning means it cannot be resized, it can either be an issue, or loop cannot physically move it, I'll look into it more, although, I don't own any adobe products, nor wish to.

Understandable. Adobe has free trials though, if you plan on looking into this.
