[建议] 增加对forge和fabric等加载器的更新的卸载功能 #41

目前在cmcl使用只能第一次安装，之后想要卸载或者修改加载器的版本，只能重新安装。
并且如果直接把文件夹复制到其他启动器上会出现错误
在hmcl上会出现 没有安装加载器的时候无法安装加载器 的错误
