[BUG] WSA launches twice during installation and appears twice on task manager startup apps #413

Describe the bug

WSA launches twice during the installation and appears twice on task manager startup apps, and when i try to click on properties it telles me that WSAClient.exe is not found

Steps to reproduce the issue

Nothing special just install the package

Expected behaviour

A normal installation where it appears once

Downloaded Build Of WSA

WSA_2311.40000.5.0_x64_Release-Nightly-GApps-13.0-NoAmazon.7z

Windows build number

23H2

PC Specification

I5 9300HF + GTX 1650, Lenovo Ideapad Laptop

To answer your queries:

  • Having multiple Windows Subsystem for Android windows/app instances being launched during installation is normal and you should wait until they close and Android apps (depending on your build type) open. If you want, you can close all windows save one.
  • Having two WSA start-up entries is normal: "That's by design. We have two startup tasks in our app based on whether the mode is continuous or partially running."
