WebView and Chromium based browsers have never properly worked on WSA, this is due to support needing to be made to those apps more than anything -- do not count on it. It was never supposed to really work unless someone built an app for it. Maybe try Firefox or a non-webview non-chrome based browser

Choose "Vulkan driver" to "System Default" in WSA external settings. Open chrome, enter "chrome://flags/", and then move the mouse cursor to an approximate position (usually in the middle of the top of the screen when it's full screen), click on the search box, press "gpu" and press Enter key.

Click the search box again, you would see the screen. Enable "Override software rendering list" "GPU rasterization" "Zero-copy rasterizer" "Enables Display Compositor to use a new gpu thread" "Skia Graphite" "Use new gpu scheduler", reopen chrome.
Enjoy!
