chunk loading issue

when in the chunk the enderio powerbank wont charge. when the chunk is left by the player it will charge

ive had a look it seems like quite a strange bug not 100% wether a pack problem or server issue

So, test cases. Does it charge when connected to an energy network located solely within that chunk, or using different pipes, or with a capacitor bank spanning two chunks?

At MineYourMind we have a different Chunk loading system. Only the chunk you are standing it gests loaded at 100% tick rate, the other chunks around you are ticking much slowers and far around you are not ticking. You need chunkloaders for that. cause if your energy input is not loaded you cant get energy in your bank.

depends on his specifix setup. if its more spreaded out perhaps no new energy gets into the transfer pipes
