@jhodrien is in the process of creating a Leeds module collection, to provide a spack based Relion installation (and maybe others).

When this module collection is set up / available, it needs documenting.

This will likely be:

  • A new page similar to the hecbiosim collection page
  • One or more new pages for the specific software provided by the collection (i.e. relion) to make it more findable / potentially show specific use cases / details about the installation if relevant.

It may also be worth mentioning how this relates to (replaces some of?) the the ibm provided cryoem instlalation which does not have working modules (see #89).
