Update APT Google Analytics

Description:

The admin for APT's GA is unknown. Anthony B.'s solution is to create a new APT property and blend data with the old property. The new property is setup and APT team and Anthony have admin access. Before the data can be blended, the customized metrics (template download, etc.) needs to be created in the new property.

Acceptance Criteria:

• custom metrics created in the new APT property
• blend the historical data with the new
• remove old property
