Demo comparison of Black Marble dataset versions in E&A environment

A team is working on a new version of Black Marble products in the hd-blackmarble-nightlights collection, which will eventually replace the current version in the nightlights-hd-1band collection.

For validating the two versions against each other, it would be great to have both available in a preview E&A environment. This would also make a good real-world test case for that interface.

Acceptance criteria

• Deployed a preview with the E&A environment and both of these collections / Datasets configured and shared with @freitagb

Currently have a netlify preview for testing that output from the updated algorithm complies with and is performant in the VEDA dashboard.

Ah, so all we would need is to enable E&A on that preview, @freitagb?

We could easily do that by just merging the preview-ae branch from #360 into #361, which updates the VEDA UI submodule and sets the feature flag to enable A&E. Let me know if I should do that.

Yep! Whatever is easiest. We wanted to get the data in there just to troubleshoot the algorithm we're implementing.

I can confirm you can now view Nightlights Monthly in the PR preview.

Also Nightlights EJ, but I am not sure what that is.

We probably need to enable E&A for the HD Nightlights one for that to show in E&A.
