Describe the solution you'd like
CMake integration of clang-tidy so that the source code can be scanned by the static analyzer and there can be some mechanism to do make clang-tidy-scan or similar functionality similar to building targets.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current implementation calls clang-tidy manually in workflow file but this is very brittle and prone to breaking as changes are made to target compile options in CMake.
