Purpose:
A baseline run for comparison with stochastic GM+E runs. 'No restoring' means that MEKE is not restored towards the local equilibrium value. It does not have anything to do with salinity restoring.
Description:
In addition to using a dynamic configuration of MEKE (vs strongly restoring it to an equilibrium that balances local sources and sinks), it uses biharmonic Leith viscosity.
