In 8 MVP1/2 Q's yesterday, ARAGORN error 598'ed 4 times. We don't want to lose the benefit of ARAGORN that often.

My understanding is that this is an ARS problem that will be resolved soon. Assigning Mark and Abrar in case there is more to do on the ARAGORN side.

ARAGORN no longer has this issue. It does recur in various places, perhaps under system load. Removed critical label.
