With the grouping classifications now coming from Annotator, CoLab needs to provide those in the csv output. @MarkDWilliams knows the specs well...

PS: assuming score of a result group will be max(result scores in that group), and the ARS results will be ordered post-grouping - by ATC Level 4 to start with.
