Broken hyperlinks in web interface #636

In the web interface, the “skipped” value for a category has a hyperlink to a log file. The link always returns 404 Not Found:

The requested URL /~username/path/logs/skipped_NAME.txt was not found on this server.

This occurs on the summary pages for individual and all categories. The project overview page does not include the links.
