Getting your pod's input data onto FTP server

Input data is currently hosted by NCAR. If your file is 1GB or smaller, please follow these instructions. If not, please discuss with us how to reduce the size.

There is a two step process to posting data:

1. Get the data to me (Dani Coleman, [email protected])

• if small enough, email
• OR post on your ftp site or http site and let me know where it is
• OR follow these instructions to post data on an incoming server.
• As instructed, please email the exact file name to Dani
• OR contact Dani about using Globus/GridFTP or some other file transfer process

2. I will add it to the tar file and post it to ftp://ftp.cgd.ucar.edu/archive/mdtf/ under the version name. Please be patient as I have a limited work schedule.
