Updates in home app not received

When any status is changed in nodered, this is only reflected in home app 2 times.
The third time the change of status is not communicated.

When restarting the home app, the status is correct, which means i have to restart the app in order to know a lamp status.

I tried different IOS version and different devices, they all have the same problem.
I also tried other devices in nodered like switches instead of lamps, also same problem.

Sending 2 commands like this workaround: {"On": true}{"On": false}
and {"On": false}{"On": true} also did not solve the problem.

Any ideas and do more people have the same problem ?
