When a user navigates to an initiative and clicks Request service creation under Azure databricks, it says 'Service Request is being reviewed' and the request will show up under Service requests as 'N/A'

What is the intended action of this feature?
What would the user expect after they click Request service creation under Azure databricks in their initiative page?
