Hi

When will the "Get started" file be available, this program is very attractive to me and I would like to try to use it.

Best regards, You're doing a great thing.

Hi @smallduan,

Thanks a lot for the kind words!

The 'get started' documentation will largely be built around the new UI that I have been working on here:

#51

This will enable us to distribute hydrochrono as an .exe which can parse text input files. I have also developed Python scripts to automatically write the text input files and run the program. Hence, users will be able to totally avoid having to compile the code/use C++, but still have access to a wide range of modeling capabilities :)

I am aiming to get this PR merged and the new version released before the end of February - I hope that timeframe works for you.

Cheers,
Dave
