Have a single XCA agent that is running (i.e. only one set of loaded weights), but change the behavior of ask through settable parameters.

Target region around specific phase, or phase boundary.
Use Scientific value agent with latent space distance
Use clustering on regions of latent space, to find important centroids.
Change behavior to ask for monarch and ask for subject? (This may be better accomplished in another fashion).
