GDS with Host Fabric Controllers other than Infiniband devices #27

Currently nvidia-fs does not allow identification and DMA-mapping on network devices other than Infiniband devices (PCI subclass 0x207).

nvidia-fs could easily be extended to allow GDS with other Host Fabric Controllers devices, those with PCI subclass 0x208.
