I received the following error running the latest scripts with the linked OpenROAD submodule.

AttributeError: 'Timing' object has no attribute 'getMaxCapLimit'

I think the OpenROAD submodule needs to be bumped up to a newer version, probably to at least commit be0759b4fcf7758a2035e0ce87c38a61b6f6ea6b.
