README executable instructions include non-executable shell prompts #416

There are a bunch of almost-executable text blocks on the README.md that include the shell prompt, like:

tiny-cuda-nn$ ./build/mlp_learning_an_image data/images/albert.jpg data/config_hash.json

The "copy block" icon would be much more usable if these were made executable by omitting the shell prefixes, thus:

./build/mlp_learning_an_image data/images/albert.jpg data/config_hash.json
