How do we get NYPL Holdings and Checkin data? #22

The holdings data is supposed in API at the MARC endpoint as 866 fields. This data is not in the API bib endpoint. We will need to get this data fro serials including the check-in information.

From previous talks with Milton it might be available in the bibs endpoint but in the binary MARC download in the 866 field? Would need to confirm.
