Assuming this is a web app config/settings issue, as it persists across our items (e.g, https://geo.nyu.edu/catalog/nyu-2451-34620) and other institutions' (e.g., https://geo.nyu.edu/catalog/harvard-ams7810-s250-u54-nh49-16)

(Note, could be WMS format-options dpi param? https://docs.geoserver.org/main/en/user/services/wms/vendor.html#format-options)
