MPI_INIT failed while running make check for MPB #104

Hi,

I am trying to install MPB and MEEP using the instructions provided in the link here. Everything works fine until running running 'make check' for MPB after running autogen.sh with --with-mpi flag 'sh autogen.sh --with-pic CC=mpicc LIBS=-ldl --with-mpi'

The output error is
