Code under tools/ is generally licensed under the MIT License, unless
explicitly stated otherwise in a particular directory. License text below.

Data under vocabularies/ are mostly Creative Commons Attribution licensed
but sometimes have other open licences as they are collected from various
sources. See the README files and *-metadata.ttl for license information
about each individual vocabulary.

Configuration files under conf/ are made available by the National Library
of Finland (University of Helsinki) as CC0.
