When a sample on seqrun level has failed that data (fastq files) should not be delivered (as default setting).
We need to decide how to fail a sample on seqrun level. As it is today you can fail QC on libprep level, but if there are two seqruns under same libprep how do we then fail just one. On seqrun level we have alignment_status that can be marked as failed, but that is more connected to ngi_pipeline/piper (I guess).

Can we define what is a "fail" in TACA and check after demultiplexing, mark it in Charon/StatusDB in a new field for sample and run combination ?

EDIT: I presume seqrunlevel is just basic Q30 and the yield 😅
