Code of Conduct

As contributors and maintainers of the Temperature Converter project, we pledge to create a positive and inclusive environment for everyone. We value the participation of each member of our community and aim to maintain an open and welcoming atmosphere.

Our Code of Conduct is as follows:

Our Standards

  • Respect and kindness: Treat all community members with respect and kindness. Be considerate of others' ideas, viewpoints, and experiences.

  • Inclusivity: We welcome contributors from all backgrounds and identities. Everyone should feel safe and included, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, religion, or other personal characteristics.

  • Constructive Communication: Use constructive and positive language in all interactions. Focus on the content of discussions and avoid personal attacks or offensive remarks.

  • Responsibility: Take responsibility for your words and actions. If you make a mistake, be willing to apologize and make amends.

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within our community:

  • Harassment: Harassment or unwelcome conduct based on any personal characteristics is not tolerated.

  • Hate Speech: Hateful, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory speech is not allowed.

  • Disruptive Behavior: Any behavior that disrupts a positive and inclusive environment will not be tolerated.

Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness any violations of our Code of Conduct, please report them to the project maintainers by emailing.

Enforcement

Violations of our Code of Conduct will not be tolerated. The project maintainers will review and address reported violations, and appropriate action will be taken.

We appreciate your assistance in helping us maintain a positive and inclusive community. Let's work together to make the Temperature Converter project a welcoming and friendly place for all contributors.
