Now everything is working well. This problem was probably due to the telegram.

check the console's screenshot please. everytime I try to download, after some time download aborted shown up.

As shown in your logs, the error here is 408 Request Timeout, which means the download takes too long and Telegram server disconnected the connection.

This issue is very likely caused by slow network and large video files. This can be potentially resolved later by having the script supporting download resume when this happens but it will take some time for me to work on this.

I will suggest you try downloding using a faster network connection for now.
