buffers.status.actions.open error for empty buffer Vim(print):E749: Empty buffer

Description

Neogit, opening an empty untracked file gives the below error.

This is caused by the 1 command in the function open() in buffers/status/actions.lua. One solution is to make it silent.

Actually, after having used neogit some more, this 1 command is quite annoying to me in general, since I've set up neovim to automatically open files at the last known cursor position. But 1 overrides this and forces the cursor to the top line.

Is there a reason for the 1 ? My preferred solution would be to replace it with execute (or some other noop).
