Migrating contact from Slack/GSuite

We are planning to migrate 50+ people to individual contact. What is the best way to migrate the contact? Here is some consideration:

• Dispatch required us to set the exact combination of the full name and email. If it does not match, once we invite a user to the incident slack channel, dispatch will create a new user. Maybe it should consider as a bug?
• If the individual contact list contains a non-valid email and/or email that not registered in the slack workspace, it will block the flow process when creating an incident (create google storage, create google meet, etc.)
