Jackson com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.util.RawValue is not storing in blob

Do you have any idea why the below map is not stored in hollow blob?

private Map<String, RawValue> rawValueMap = new HashMap<>();
 this.rawValueMap.put("test", new RawValue("{\"test\",\"test\"}"));

This is what I see in hollow explorer

 "rawValueMap": {
    "test": {}
  }
